I haven't been posting on my blog lately because a got a Facebook acct. a few months ago and I have been posting a lot on there.  To bring you up to date, I turned 15. Woo Hoo!  My precious little bother turned 2 and my littlest sister turned 6. I also just recently joined a homeschool Basketball team.  Our first game is in 22 days. I've only done two days of practice with the team so far.  I still have a ways to go before I am ready to play a full game, but I am getting better every day!

On the update of the coffee house we have to move it by January 2012 because the land lords are kicking us out.  My Dad has been looking for possible locations to move the coffee shop to.  As of now he has two possible locations, hopefully one of them will work out!

Here are some pics from the last few months:

La Esmerelda one of the best, but most expensive coffee in the world.

This coffee is over $100 a pound! We sold it for $12 a cup. It is probably one of the best coffees I have ever tasted! It had flavor notes of Mango, peach, and jasmine.

Pour-over coffee

Mmmm... Pour-over brewed coffee!
